Carson Consultancy wasn't something I'd planned for years. It came from a moment when I realised I wanted to work differently.

After almost two decades in the industry, much of that time in senior sales and commercial roles, I'd built a career I was incredibly proud of. But following a difficult period personally, something shifted.

I realised that success, for me, wasn't simply about the next sales figure or target. I wanted to build something that allowed me to use the experience and relationships I'd developed throughout my career, while having greater flexibility over how I worked and the time to be present for the things that matter outside of work.

That decision became Carson Consultancy Services.

Today, I work alongside businesses as an extension of their team — helping them grow, win work, strengthen their commercial capability and navigate the areas they don't always have the time or internal resource to manage.

I still love the commercial side of business. I love winning opportunities, building relationships and seeing businesses grow. I've just chosen to do it in a way that feels more personal, collaborative and purposeful.
